Sauce:
- 2 tbsp. ready-made barbecue sauce with mustard
- 2 tbsp. l soy sauce
- 1 can (170 gr.) Pulp of pineapple
- 1/3 Art. brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- Ready-made Jerk seasoning (see recipe below)
Seasoning Jerk:
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1 finely chopped chili
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground caraway seeds
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp. l chopped onions
- 1 tbsp. l apple or grape vinegar
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. l lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. l finely chopped green onions
- 1.5 tbsp. l soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- Salt (to taste)

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to a moderate heat. sauce, mixing all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the mixture warms up. Rub the wings with Jerk seasoning.
