Chicken thighs with sesame seeds and lemon

  • 8 chicken thighs on bones with skin (900 – 1100 gr.)
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 heads of lettuce, finely chopped (about 8 tablespoons)
  • 1 finely chopped cucumber
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 2 tbsp. lightly salted pita chips, pre crumbled
  • 1 tbsp. l fried sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp. l grated lemon peel
  • 1 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Sahara

Recipe preparation:

  1. Make the chicken thigh mix: in the mill for spice mix sesame seeds, lemon zest, thyme, sugar, 1/2 hour l salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Grind the mixture a little. Preheat oven with grill.
