- 2 heads of lettuce, finely chopped (about 8 tablespoons)
- 1 finely chopped cucumber
- 1 finely chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp. lightly salted pita chips, pre crumbled
- 1 tbsp. l fried sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. l grated lemon peel
- 1 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp Sahara

Recipe preparation:
