Recipe preparation:
- Pour lemon juice into a small bowl, add the zest, chopped herbs, garlic, crushed red pepper and 0.5 tbsp. olive oil. Mix with a whisk.
- Spread the chicken thighs on a wide, flat dish in 1 layer. Pour over the cooked mixture. Rub the marinade into the chicken thighs, cover them and refrigerate them overnight. Tip: for quick pickling, leave chicken at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill. Clean it and grease oil.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, drain the excess oil and spices. Salt your hips well and sprinkle on them a little olive oil.
- Halve the two lemons and cut the ends so that the lemons stood with the cut up and did not fall on their side. Fold your hips with your skin down on a hot grill.
