  1. Chicken stomachs are well washed, cleaned of films. Fill in water, add salt and cook for about an hour. Cool the prepared stomachs and cut into pieces.
  2. In vegetable oil, fry the onion, diced.
  3. Separately, fry the grated carrots.
  4. Strain the broth from the stomachs in a stewpan and put on fire. Add tomato paste, pepper and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  5. 5 minutes before cooking, add sour cream to the broth, sift flour and mix well with a whisk.
  6. Immediately add the stomachs, onions and carrots, bring to readiness and serve!
