  1. Prepare the products:
  2. Grate carrots on a coarse grater, cut onions in half rings. AT on a thick day pour olive oil and sauté pan carrots with onions until golden brown.
  3. Cut the chicken into pieces and add water.
  4. While the broth is boiling, cut the potatoes into cubes. Until boiled potatoes in broth (10-15 minutes), add the fried carrots, onions and bay leaves.
  5. My sorrel, coarsely chop the leaves, put everything in a saucepan and let the broth boil for 5 minutes.
  6. When the potatoes are almost ready, squeeze lemon juice into the soup (10 ml) and add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Boil the eggs. Cut into quarters and add to the soup.
  8. Finely chop the parsley and dill.
  9. Pour sorrel soup on plates, sprinkle with fresh herbs and add sour cream to taste.
