  1. I put the chicken pieces to cook. I take off the foam salt and cook until the meat is ready.
  2. As soon as the meat is cooked, take it out of the broth and separate from bones.
  3. Add rice to the broth and bring to a boil.
  4. I cut the potatoes into small cubes and add to the broth.
  5. I’m preparing the roasting: I cut the onions and carrots into a small cube, fry in sunflower oil until golden brown.
  6. Once the potatoes and rice are cooked, add to the broth frying, chicken meat, bring to a boil and turn off heat.
