  1. Wash and clean vegetables.
  2. Wash the chicken carcass. I usually take a whole chicken and I cut, I let out carcasses without legs, breasts and wings for soup.
  3. We spread the carcass and vegetables in the multicooker bowl.
  4. Fill everything with water.
  5. Add bay leaf, allspice, black pepper and salt.
  6. Close the lid. We set the mode “Bouillon” for 2 hours.
  7. Filter the finished broth. But the carcass is cut into meat and bones.
