Chicken stock in a slow cooker does not require much time for it cooking at home. All you need: peel vegetables, throw everything ingredients in a slow cooker, set the desired mode and that’s it, you can go about their own business. It turns out very tasty.

- Wash and clean vegetables.
- Wash the chicken carcass. I usually take a whole chicken and I cut, I let out carcasses without legs, breasts and wings for soup.
- We spread the carcass and vegetables in the multicooker bowl.
- Fill everything with water.
- Add bay leaf, allspice, black pepper and salt.
- Close the lid. We set the mode “Bouillon” for 2 hours.
- Filter the finished broth. But the carcass is cut into meat and bones.
