Bright, spicy dish with a subtle touch of wine aroma. Can cook a whole chicken at home, or a specific part, for example, just a hip. Bell peppers and tomatoes are better to choose multi-colored (red, yellow, green) for the brightness of the food. A great option for a romantic dinner with a glass of white the fault. - My chicken, dry, optionally remove the skin. Chop on portioned pieces. Salt, pepper and fry in a pan in heated oil until lightly browned on both sides.
- We clean the onions and garlic, chop them. Special Shredding Method doesn’t matter. We pass them separately in vegetable oil. Then add to the chicken.
- Wash and clean the seeds of bell pepper. Cut into cubes and we add pepper to chicken pieces in a pan.
- We cut washed tomatoes into small slices and send to the chicken.
- Salt, pepper to taste, sprinkle with basil. Pour in white wine. Stir.
- Stew on medium heat for about 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked, stirring occasionally.
