Bell peppers and tomatoes are better to choose multi-colored (red, yellow, green) for the brightness of the food. A great option for a romantic dinner with a glass of white the fault.   1. My chicken, dry, optionally remove the skin. Chop on portioned pieces. Salt, pepper and fry in a pan in heated oil until lightly browned on both sides.
  2. We clean the onions and garlic, chop them. Special Shredding Method doesn’t matter. We pass them separately in vegetable oil. Then add to the chicken.
  3. Wash and clean the seeds of bell pepper. Cut into cubes and we add pepper to chicken pieces in a pan.
  4. We cut washed tomatoes into small slices and send to the chicken.
  5. Salt, pepper to taste, sprinkle with basil. Pour in white wine. Stir.
  6. Stew on medium heat for about 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked, stirring occasionally.
