With the onset of spring, I want to eat more vegetables and more less cereals. Therefore, I often cook such a chicken with vegetables, fast, convenient, tasty and healthy. I’m really looking forward to vegetables from my gardens, they are always tastier.

- Fry the chicken fillet in vegetable oil 3 minutes on a large the fire.
- Add the onion and carrots, chopped large, to the chicken and fry another 4 minutes over high heat.
- Zucchini and bell peppers chop coarsely and add to chicken along with green beans.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add some water and simmer under the lid over low heat. 15-20 minutes until ready.
