- 3 tbsp. grilled chicken meat (skinless; approximately 340 gr.)
- 2 tbsp. l coconut oil
- 1 root (about 7 cm.) Ginger, peeled and chopped sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 large turnip (about 300 gr.), Peeled and chopped cubes about 1 cm in size.
- 2 tbsp. chopped kale
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tbsp. chicken broth
- 1 can (420 gr.) Canned chickpeas; drain the liquid, chickpeas rinse
- Lemon juice to taste
- Whole grain naan cakes for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Heat in a large frying pan over medium heat. Coconut oil. Add ginger and garlic; cook for 3 minutes, until ginger will not become softer, and garlic will not change color. Add turnips and cabbage kale and, stirring occasionally, cook about 4 more min., until the cabbage leaves wilted.
- Add turmeric and 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper; carefully mix. Add chicken stock and 3 tbsp. water. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, until turnip won’t get soft.
- Add chickpeas and chicken to the pan. Boost fire and bring soup to a boil. Cook another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and juice lemon to taste. Serve with whole naan cereal cakes.
