  1. Soak chickpeas in cold water for at least 4 hours. I soaked at night.
  2. Boil the chicken. Add chickpeas and cook for about 2 hours.
  3. Add the potatoes.
  4. Do the frying. Fry half the onion in vegetable oil and carrots, add tomato, simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the remaining onions and carrots to the soup, cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Then we lower the frying, add salt, pepper, bay leaf. Cook another 5 minutes. Turn off.
  7. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Then sprinkle with herbs.
