  1. Boil chicken breast in salt water for 30 minutes, cool. Open the corn and drain.

  2. In a bowl we spread the onion, chopped into half rings, finely chopped parsley, add sugar, salt, pour vinegar and a little water to cover the onion. Mix and leave for 15 minutes.

  3. For an omelet in a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk, add salt (1 pinch), starch, mix well, pour the mixture into oil and fry like a pancake from 2 sides.

  4. Finished omelet with chicken breast cut into strips.

  5. Finely grate the cheese in a bowl, add the prepared omelet, breast, pickled onions (squeeze a little) and corn.

  6. In the ready-made fragrant salad, lay out mayonnaise, salt, ground pepper, mix, cover the bowl and cool for at least 1 hour. Delicious chicken salad sent to the salad bowl, decorate and serve on the table.
