Boil chicken breast in salt water for 30 minutes, cool. Open the corn and drain.

In a bowl we spread the onion, chopped into half rings, finely chopped parsley, add sugar, salt, pour vinegar and a little water to cover the onion. Mix and leave for 15 minutes.

For an omelet in a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk, add salt (1 pinch), starch, mix well, pour the mixture into oil and fry like a pancake from 2 sides.
