Tasty chicken rolls with fried filling carrots, olives and hard cheese at home. Such rolls are excellent make for the holiday table.

Coarsely rub the carrots and send them to hot oil (2 tablespoons), pour water (3 tbsp), salt, pepper, cover and simmer until will become soft. Cool fried carrots.

We beat the chicken fillet through a cling film, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.

In the cooled carrots, add coarsely grated cheese, sliced into rings of olive and mix.

We evenly distribute the prepared chicken chops carrot filling, turn into rolls and fasten with toothpicks.

We send rolls to oil and fry over medium heat 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Delicious rolls with carrots and put the olives on a plate, decorate with herbs and serve immediately on the table.
