  1. Wash leg and wings, cut off fat, remove from legs skin.

  2. Put in a pan, pour cold water. When the broth boil, remove the foam with a slotted spoon and simmer 1 hour.

  3. Take out the ham and wings, separate the meat from the bones, take it apart on the fibers.

  4. Rinse the rice with water.

  5. Peel and cut the potatoes into a large cube.

  6. Cut carrots and onions into a small dice.

  7. Dip the potatoes in the chicken broth, when it boils, remove foam and put carrots.

  8. Add bay leaf, salt, peppercorns. Cook 10 minutes.

  9. Dip the washed rice into the broth, cook for 10 minutes.

  10. After 10 minutes, add chopped onion to the soup.

  11. After another 10 minutes, put chopped greens and meat in the soup, boil. The soup is ready.
