  1. Wash the chicken, cut into large pieces, fry until golden crusts in a cauldron (3-5 liter in volume) in hot oil over high heat.
  2. Cut the onion smaller, grate the carrots. Carrots and onions fry in vegetable oil in a skillet.

  5. Put rice to chicken, close the lid, simmer until cooked rice. In the process of cooking pilaf do not interfere.
