  1. Chop the onion, add oil to the stewpan and fry the onion until golden color.
  2. Coarsely chop the chicken fillet and chop in a blender, add in a saucepan and fry for about 10 minutes. Add salt, dried garlic and red pepper, mix, fry for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Peel and finely chop tomatoes, add to stew, add 1 tsp sugar, mix and fry for minutes 5-7.
  4. Add 400 grams of pasta, mix and add 800 ml of water, cook until cooked, 20-25 minutes.
  5. Bechamel sauce: melt butter, add flour, good mix, add milk a little, without ceasing stir.
  6. Salt to taste, add nutmeg, mix, at the end add cheese, mix well.
  7. Add the sauce to the pasta, mix and cook another 5 minutes. Bon appetit.
