- We wash the chicken fillet, dry it. We take a sharp knife and cut filet into small cubes (about the same size). It is important for structures of future pancakes.
- Three piece of cheese on a fine grater.
- We wash the greens and chop finely with a sharp knife.
- Mix eggs, mayonnaise, flour, cheese in a large deep bowl, herbs and spices carefully so that there are no lumps of flour left.
