  2. Pour 2-3 liters of water. We put on the fire.
  3. As it boils, remove the foam and salt.
  4. Cook over low heat under cover until chicken is cooked (40-60 minutes).
  5. We throw onions and stems, cut carrots and chicken and return to bouillon.
  6. Add vermicelli and finely chopped greens. Cook a few minutes until the vermicelli is ready. The soup is ready.
