  1. Slice a pumpkin weighing 200 g into cubes, put into a mold, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, send to oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings, garlic into slices.
  3. Sauté the onion and garlic in oil.
  4. Add to them the brisket, cut into small pieces, fry for another five minutes.
  5. Roll the liver in a mixture of flour with salt, part of paprika, pepper.
  6. Send to the onion with brisket, fry for six minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with the remaining paprika, fry for another three minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. In a heated pan, boil caramel from sugar and one teaspoon of hot water.
  9. Add nuts, warm, stirring.
  10. Pour the greens with dressing from olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper.
  11. Put the pumpkin on the dish down, half seasoned on top lettuce, then – the liver, cover with the remaining salad, pour juice from the pan, garnish with caramelized pecans.
