- Boil chicken liver until tender in salted water, I rub on a coarse grater.
- I cut onions into a small cube, rub carrots on a large grater.
- In sunflower oil, fry the onions until transparent, add carrots, fry a couple more minutes.
- I pass the garlic through the press and add to the frying, a little salt. Leave to cool.
- I start to spread the salad: the first layer of chicken liver. The next layer is pickles, grated on a coarse grater and wrung out of excess moisture. Then frying. Then grated boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
- Lubricate everything on top with mayonnaise and sprinkle grated on shallow cheese grater.
- I cover the form with cling film and send in the refrigerator for two hours. It remains to decorate and everything is ready.
