Chicken liver fritters: video recipe

  1. Wash the liver, dry it, cut off the excess veins, if there is.
  2. Grind onion and liver with a blender in mashed potatoes.
  3. Add spices, flour, egg. Mix.
  4. Heat a little vegetable oil over medium-low heat. Put the dough with a spoon, close the lid.
  5. Literally in 1-2 minutes, the fritters on top will get cloudy, so it’s time remove cover and turn over.
  6. On the reverse side I finish it without a lid for about a minute. AND until the dough ends. Actually frying fritters is very quickly.
