  1. Soak gelatin in 150 ml of boiled cold water for one hour.
  2. Peel the onion, chop into a cube.
  3. Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes.
  4. Finely chopped washed dried greens.
  5. Peel, wash, chop the carrots on a fine grater.
  6. Hard cheese is also grated.
  7. Fry the onions in a pan with vegetable oil, add chicken liver to it, stir fry for 10 minutes, at the end salt to taste. Set aside to cool.
  8. Put gelatin on the fire, but do not boil.
  9. Scroll through the chilled liver through a meat grinder, mix with finely ground carrots and half gelatin.
  10. In a separate bowl, mix the grated cheese, chopped tomatoes and greens, add the remaining gelatin, mix well.
  11. At the bottom of the baking dish, put half of the liver mass, align.
  12. On the liver cheese mass, also flatten.
  13. Put the remaining liver mixture on top, gently level and remove in the cold for at least five hours, you can at night.
