- Cooking meat for aspic. The first broth is drained. Cook with carrots, onions, peppers, laurel, salt and a half hours. Just before finishes throw chopped garlic.

- The last layer – broth with jelly, remove at least in the refrigerator for three hours.
- Before serving the table, lower the mold into hot water, gently flip on a festive dish.
