  1. We cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces, do not cut it, otherwise it will be dry.
  2. Pickle meat in soy sauce, spices and garlic.
  3. We put marinated in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  4. We cut onions coarsely in half rings or feathers and a little fry until golden brown.
  5. Add meat without sauce. Fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Then pour the marinade and simmer until tender (about 25 minutes).
  7. At the end, you can add greens. I added a slice of pepper and parsley.
