  1. We wash the chicken hearts thoroughly in running water, give drain water. Cut off excess fat and hard blood vessels.
  2. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a cauldron and warm on medium heat. Pour chicken into hot oil hearts. Stew for 5 minutes.
  3. We clean and finely chop the onion. We combine onions with chicken hearts, stir and simmer together for about 10 minutes. Bow should become soft.
