Chicken hearts are a healthy and low-calorie offal, rich in vitamins, minerals and protein. If you have frozen hearts, before you cook them at home you need to get them out freezers and thawed in advance in the main compartment of the refrigerator, since offal is not recommended to defrost quickly when room temperature.   1. We carefully wash the chicken hearts, cut off the excess fat and hard blood vessels. Boil in salted water until readiness.
  2. Finely chop the peeled onions.
  3. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and fry the onion in it to softness.
  4. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and a mixture of dried herbs with favorite spices. We stir everything.
  5. Pour a glass of hot boiled water. Bring to a boil, we fall asleep boiled chicken hearts and, after stirring, simmer for 2-3 minutes slow fire under the lid.
  6. Remove from heat, add chopped garlic and fresh herbs to taste, mix. Serve with any side dish, watering it cooked tomato sauce.
