  1. Fry flour in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

  2. Onion cut into half rings.

  3. Cut the carrots into cubes. Chicken goulash

  4. Cut the meat into cubes with a side of 2 cm. Chicken goulash

  5. In a pan with thick walls, fry the onions and carrots in oil and paprika, remove and set aside.

  6. In the same pan, fry the chicken pieces until crusted.

  7. Return the onion with carrots to the pan, put the tomato paste, to mix. Fry for 3 minutes.

  8. Flour flour in 100 grams of water. Pour into goulash. Mix, 3 minutes to darken.

  9. Top up with the rest of the water, add salt and spices.

  10. After boiling, simmer over low heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  11. Put bay leaf 15 minutes before ready.

  12. Place chopped garlic 5 minutes before cooking.
