Fricasse – a famous dish of French cuisine, usually prepared from white meat. We cooked chicken at home, adding mushrooms to it and creamy sauce. Fricasse is delicious, although it’s hard to call it the dish is exquisite.

  1. Finely chop the chicken fillet.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
  3. Melt butter in a frying pan, roll fillet in flour and fry until golden brown.
  4. Add mushrooms, salt, add pepper and nutmeg, mix and fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Introduce the cream.
  6. Simmer for another 10 minutes until the cream begins to thicken.
  7. Grate the cheese.
  8. Add cheese to chicken, mix and remove from heat. Have a nice appetite.
