- Cut the mushrooms into slices, cut the chicken into cubes, onions cut into half rings.
- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Fry the mushrooms until half cooked.
- Add onions and fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add chicken, salt, pepper and simmer on medium heat minutes
- Pour in flour, mix and pour cream. If necessary still salt time. Make a very quiet fire and simmer until gurgling.
- Serve the dish with any side dish.
