  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices, cut the chicken into cubes, onions cut into half rings.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan.
  3. Fry the mushrooms until half cooked.
  4. Add onions and fry for a couple of minutes.
  5. Add chicken, salt, pepper and simmer on medium heat minutes
  6. Pour in flour, mix and pour cream. If necessary still salt time. Make a very quiet fire and simmer until gurgling.
  7. Serve the dish with any side dish.
