- Beat off the chicken. The fillet must be thick approx. 1 cm: tap the flat side of the chopper thick places.
- Cut the fillet into strips. Finely chop the shallots, garlic and parsley.
- Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the onion with garlic and paprika, mix well.
- Add chopped chicken, stir and fry on high heat for about 3 minutes.
- Add chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper. mix and remove from heat.
- The finished dish can be decorated with lemon and herbs when serving. Enjoy your meal!
