  8. Pour 2 tablespoons of water, in which dried apricots soaked, combine it with soy sauce and lemon juice. Stir.
  9. Pour this liquid into the pan, add warmed chicken broth and minced garlic. Mix everything, close the lid and simmer for a minimum heat for 8-10 minutes.
