  1. Wash and chop the chicken fillet in two. In each of them make a lobar incision.

  2. Mash the cottage cheese thoroughly with a fork, mix with herbs, add chopped garlic.

  3. Fill each portion piece of curd obtained a mixture.

  4. Beat eggs until smooth in a separate bowl.

  5. Pour the breadcrumbs onto a plate.

  6. Dip each piece of fillet in the egg mixture, roll in breadcrumbs.
