- Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.

- Bell pepper cut into large strips.
- Heat a wok pan with vegetable oils.
- Fry chicken until half cooked over high heat.

- Add onions, fry for a minute.
- Add bell pepper. Fry for 5-7 minutes, constantly stirring.

- Fry sesame seeds in a dry pan.
- Sprinkle the finished chicken fillet with sesame seeds before serve.
