- 500 gr chicken fillet cut as convenient.
- Heat vegetable oil, fry chicken 3 minutes.
- 500 g of potatoes, peel, wash and cut into small cubes.
- Add potatoes to the chicken, salt to taste and add smoked paprika.
- Mix 2 tbsp. tomato paste with 250 ml of water, pour the mixture to potatoes with chicken.
- Cover, reduce heat, cook until tender potatoes.
- Five minutes before cooking, add 3 cloves of garlic and fresh dill.
