  1. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into two parts.
  2. Well beat off, sprinkle with dry adjika and remove in side.
  3. Mix cottage cheese with herbs and cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Put the filling in the beaten fillet and carefully wrap in roll.
  5. Roll the roll first in flour, then in the egg. Repeat two times.
  6. We spread the rolls on heated vegetable oil.
  7. Fry over low heat under a lid on all sides.
  8. Serve with your favorite side dish.
