- Chicken fillet cut into pieces.
- Break eggs into a bowl.
- Add milk and salt to taste. Whip with a fork.
- Add chopped herbs, black pepper and paprika. Mix.
- Heat the pan with vegetable oil.
- Fry chicken over medium heat until half cooked.
