- Wash the fillet and remove the film and excess fat.
- We wipe the breasts with your favorite spices and salt. I used paprika, black pepper, granulated garlic and a mixture of spices for meat.
- Put each breast in a bag, add chopped garlic and slices of bay leaf. We tie each package and ship to boiling water.
- Boil the breasts for about 25-30 minutes over medium heat. Have a nice appetite!
