  1. Wash the chicken fillet and wipe it with a paper towel. Cut into pieces of medium size (more or less possible, any shape, like you like). A little beat off on both sides through the food film. Salt and pepper.
  2. Break the egg into a bowl, salt and beat with a fork.
  3. Dip each chicken piece in an egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in hot vegetable oil in a pan on both sides until a golden crust forms on a small fire so that the meat fried inside without being burnt. For even frying, better flip the pieces twice. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side in depending on the size of the pieces.
  5. Put the finished fried breaded fillet on a paper towel for 3-5 minutes, so that excess fat is stacked and absorbed into wipes.
