  1. Grate the tomatoes, discard the peel, put in a pan. Pour in the broth there. Chicken Enchiladas

  6. Stew with a barely noticeable boil for 40 minutes.

  8. Pour the soup in portions and sprinkle on top with lavash crumbs and grated cheese.
