  1. Zucchini grated on a fine grater.
  2. Stir with minced meat, pepper and salt.
  3. We make neat cutlets from minced meat.
  4. Lubricate the bottom of the double boiler with a small amount of oil.
  5. We put the patties in a double boiler and cook for about 15 minutes.
  6. For an appetizing look, the patties can be lightly fried with two sides for 1 tsp. oils.
