- Finely chop 400 g chicken fillet.
- In a blender, grind one onion and half zucchini, add to fillet.
- Salt, put spices (paprika, coriander, granular garlic) and 1 tablespoon flour, mix.
- We heat the vegetable oil and lay out the patties, approximately 1.5 tbsp each one.
- For 7 minutes, fry on both sides over low heat under the lid.
