  1. Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder. Using a blender chop the cabbage. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Mix cabbage, onion, minced meat, egg, salt, pepper and spices.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly, form cutlets, roll them into breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry the patties on a small amount of oil for 5 minutes with each side. Enjoy your meal!
