  • 2 medium tomatoes (1 whole, 1 sliced thick slices)
  • 4 tbsp. fresh basil (about 1 bunch)
  • Juice 1/2 Lemon
  • 5 whole grain bun buns for hamburgers (1 cut into pieces, 4 cut lengthwise and fry)

Recipe preparation:
