- 560 gr. minced chicken
- 2 tbsp. l grated parmesan cheese
- 140 gr. young arugula
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp. l sliced almonds
- 2 medium tomatoes (1 whole, 1 sliced thick slices)
- 4 tbsp. fresh basil (about 1 bunch)
- Juice 1/2 Lemon
- 5 whole grain bun buns for hamburgers (1 cut into pieces, 4 cut lengthwise and fry)

Recipe preparation:
