Rachel prepares a thick, concentrated barbecue sauce for chicken burgers. The filling does not contain mayonnaise, and is cooked with adding lemon juice and honey. All you need for summer picnic. Share with friends: Time: 30 minutes Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 Used in recipes volumetric containers: one cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. l sliced butter
- 1 PC. red onion, half sliced, and the other half, completely chopped
- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp. l tomato paste
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. l Worcester sauce, by eye
- 1 tbsp. l hot sauce, also possible by eye
- 550 gr minced chicken
- 1 tbsp. l seasonings for grill
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil
- 2 tbsp. l honey
- Juice of one lemon
- 3 tbsp. l with a hill of sweet pickled religion (caviar from pickled vegetables)
- 2 tbsp. shredded cabbage mix
- Salt and pepper
- 4 cornmeal buns cut in half

Recipe preparation:
- Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion, garlic and tomato paste and hold over five minutes by fire. Sprinkle with sugar and remove from heat. Pour everything into a different container and let cool for about five minutes. Pour in there Worcester sauce, hot sauce and mix well. Add minced chicken and season the grilled seasoning. Mix everything well and make 4 cutlets.
- Place a skillet on a stove over a moderately high fire, pour in there 1 tbsp. l olive oil. Put the patties in the pan and fry 6 minutes on each side.
- Mix in a small pan cabbage mixture, relish, onion. Pour in lemon juice, olive oil and honey. Add salt and pepper and set aside.
- Serve chicken burgers on buns with cabbage on top salad.
