Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 180 gr. (approximately 1.5 tbsp.) orecchiette pasta (ears or shells)
  • 220 gr. green beans, cut and cut into slices
  • 1/3 Art. grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon peel
  • 3 tbsp. young arugula
  • 1/2 tbsp. freshly parsley
  • 2 tbsp. l almonds or hazelnuts, fry

  • 4 small chicken breast fillets, skinless (approximately 570 gr.)
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 tsp whole grain breadcrumbs

Recipe preparation:

  1. Bring salt water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the paste and cook, as much time as indicated in the instructions on the package; in 3 minutes before cooking, add green beans. Discard pasta and beans in a colander and rinse under cold water. Stir with half the cheese, 1 tbsp. l olive oil, lemon zest, salt to taste.
  2. Preheat roaster or oven with grill. Place in blender arugula, parsley, nuts, lemon juice, 3 tbsp. l water remaining cheese, 1 tbsp. l olive oil and salt to taste; grind to state of mashed potatoes. Place the pesto in a bowl.
  3. Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic film and beat off to a thickness of 12 mm. Put on Foil Stacked pan and sprinkle with salt. Grate meat on all sides 1/4 tbsp. pesto sauce and grill until cooked, 4 to 5 minutes. with two parties.
