I previously laid out the recipe for dietary chicken breasts, I have literally 100-150 grams of breast left, and I decided quickly cook at home delicious chicken breast in soy sauce. I advise make them in a separate frying pan.

- Season chicken with paprika, black pepper, granular garlic (preferably fresh, but I have run out).
- Heat the pan with the addition of olive oil. We send chicken breasts there, fry.
- Cut chili pepper (very little), chop fresh cilantro.
- Pour a little soya sauce into the pan to the breasts, add chili pepper and fry all together until tender on medium-intense fire.
- Serve the breasts with a fresh salad, can also be served with rice, pasta, buckwheat or add to sandwiches.
