  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil + extra to grease a chicken
  • 2 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. l finely chopped garlic
  • 1 small jalapeno pod, finely chopped
  • 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 ripe peaches, cut in half and peeled pitted

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix peach jam, olive oil, soy sauce in a bowl, mustard, garlic and jalapenos, salt and pepper. Set aside separate capacity of 0.5 tbsp.
