- 450 gr tomato puree
- 1 small chopped garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp hot red pepper flakes
- 0.5 tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese

Recipe preparation:
- Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to make 4 thin slices. Cover with two pieces of plastic wrap and beat meat with a kitchen hammer or a heavy frying pan until until the thickness of the pieces is less than 1 cm.
