  • milk or cream – 100 mg;

  • pepper, salt to taste.
  1. Stuffing is placed in a bowl and mixed with salt and pepper.
  2. Soak the roll in milk or cream, put in minced meat. If a the mixture turned out to be thick, pour water or milk.
  3. Stir in the egg and form balls.
  4. Put a piece of butter inside each ball, breading.
  5. In a bowl, warm the vegetable oil and fry the patties on one side 2-3min, then reduce the heat, and fry on the other side in a closed pan 8-10min.
  6. Remove ready-made cutlets on a plate, serve with lettuce and vegetables.

If desired, mix grated cheese and greens with meat. Then mix finely chopped greens, cheese and creamy little, make small balls out of them and freeze for several minutes. Use according to the recipe inside before frying.
