Ingredients for the recipe:
- 500 gr. chicken fillet, cut into cubes of size 2.5 cm.
- 1/3 Art. buffalo sauce
- Vegetable oil, for grilling
- 5 stalks of celery, cut into 30 small pieces
- 30 pcs grape tomato
- Blue cheese sauce, served

Recipe preparation:
- Mix chicken in a large bowl with buffalo sauce. Cover and put marinate in a cold place overnight.
- Preheat the grill to a moderate to high temperature. Grease grate with vegetable oil.
- Plant chicken, celery and tomatoes on wooden skewers. Fry, covering the grill with a lid, for 3-4 minutes. with each hand until ready. Serve barbecue with cheese sauce.
